This is the doting baby post. My niece Charlie has a new baby named Pepper, a cute little thing growing up in crowded Phnom Penh with lots of Asian faces doting on her where ever she goes.We spent time with Charlie and Alex being shown around the sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. A good taste of P.P.
