A TRAIN TO A FERRY BACK TO SPAIN

GRIP SAFETY SHIELD FIRMLY BETWEEN KNEES AND WELD

FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2013

Getting back to Spain by ferry from Tangiers almost came undone when our ferry didn't turn up from Spain because it was too windy to manoeuvre out of the harbour. We met an expat englishman who had just sold his house in Tangiers, he helped us out in lieu of the Moroccan information vacuum. We shared a grand taxi with him in the rain around to Tangier Med, the new port, 50kms and one hour away. Despite the delay dramas, we stepped straight onto a departing ferry that was running late. Very nice timing.  Once back in Algeciras, it was a ten minute wait for a bus up to Seville. Another nice little connection.

 Some random Marrakech pics.
