PLEASURES OF CAMPING IN ISTRIA
SEPTEMBER 25TH 2013AH, back on the coast of Croatia, the land of the elderly German nudist.
Campgrounds in Croatia owe much to a few zillion Germans who flock to their beaches in campervans. Germans also invented public nudism with the Freikorperkultur which means Free Body Culture. It's widely referred to as FKK and large parts of any campground are dedicated to FKK. I suspect Croatia's summer economy rides on the nude euro.
We setup camp in a non-overly FKK campground called Camp Stupice, one for the more reserved German. A lovely spot for a days mountain biking around the coast.
