SEASONS BY THE SEA

ANNE'S NEW FAVOURITE MOGGY

 MURTER CAMPGROUND

1ST OCTOBER 2013

The lady we rented our apartment from in Zadar gave us a tip when we mentioned we were heading off camping somewhere. Apart from the fact her cousin was a mechanic there, she suggested Murter as a pretty spot. She was right. We camped for two days there amongst the pines with water views.

Lovely sunny days but very nippy mornings. There were yachts going by having a lovely sail but the season is drastically cooler. Gone are the hot days when we sailed by here with Bill and Linda in 'Pave'. Steve and Jenny swam at Murter too! While the water was the same temp as our last swim, the cool breeze was too much for our sub tropical blood, particularly after the just luke warm shower that morning. The camp ground pussy cats were a big hit with Anne and Jenny. They'd probably never seen so much liquid yoghurt in their lives.
